This is the private group for broken leaders — the ones who’ve held it together for everyone else while quietly falling apart inside.

No therapy-speak. No victim mindset. Just raw REBT work with a pack that actually gets the weight you carry.
What you get:
  • Daily Neural Strikes — direct questions or drills from me to tear down the beliefs that are sabotaging you
  • Weekly live group calls — real-time belief raids and hot seats (recorded)
  • Full Tactical Reprogramming vault — modules, belief audits, worksheets, and tools
  • Private anonymous forum — post your triggers, wins, and war stories with zero judgment
  • Direct access to me inside the group (priority replies for higher tiers)

Who is Dr. Trevor Wilkins?
Dr. Trevor Wilkins is a licensed psychotherapist, former 15-year street cop, and the guy the therapy world quietly calls “the Angry Viking Therapist.”
He spent two decades in public safety, lost everything in year 20 to uncontrolled rage, then rebuilt his entire life using the one system that actually works: Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). He’s now an Associate Fellow of the Albert Ellis Institute and is completing his second doctorate in the field.
He doesn’t do soft talk, endless processing, or victim stories.
He teaches high-performers — cops, firefighters, vets, CEOs, and other broken leaders — how to identify the exact belief filters that are sabotaging them and delete them for good.
This isn’t therapy.
This is mental command training.

What is this REBT anyway?

The Method: Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT)
This is not soft therapy.
This is not endless trauma talk.
This is the original, hard-hitting form of cognitive work developed by Albert Ellis - the most direct, no-bullshit psychologist who ever lived (and I am proudly and Associate Fellow of his Institute) .
REBT is built on one core idea:
You are not disturbed by events. You are disturbed by your beliefs about events.
Inside the Command Collective we use REBT to:
  • Catch the irrational demands you’re making on yourself, others, and the world
  • Dispute them with logic, evidence, and pragmatism (the Ellis way)
  • Replace them with flexible, rational philosophies that actually help you live better
This is why the work is so fast and so deep.
We don’t just feel better.
We get better.
If you’re a leader who’s tired of managing symptoms and ready to regain command, this is your hall.
The fire is lit. The pack is forming.
